Q.Clicks seem unstable, imprecise.（Rectools08）
About clicks, we are now working on a « Rapid », « Normal » and « Slow » click’s setting.

Q.When I plug an external microphone, the recording function doesn’t work.（Rectools08）
To correct the issue, try the following steps:
① Press the «Micro»button.
When pressing the «Micro» button, the « Level Meter » will be adjusted to the sound level.
② For Rectools08Pro, we plan to add the recording function. You will be able to do it by pressing the « Add Track » button on the Wave screen.
(If you don’t add track, you won’t be able to record).

Q.The microphone is not recognized.
The compatibility of external microphones with Rectools02 and Rectools08 has been checked and we confirm that some equipment are not supported by the iPhone4. Please refer to the list of incompatible equipment below.

Excepting the material mentioned above, other external microphones are compatible with the iPhone/iPod touch even if the iOS4 is installed.
Also, some microphones are not recognized by Rectools02 because of an important bug due to the OS3.1.2.
This bug has been corrected in the update 1.2.1.

Q.When I record, a weird echo can be heard.
If you turn off or restart your iPhone/iPod Touch (by pressing the Power button on the top of your iPhone/iPod Touch during 3 seconds), this might resolve the issue.
If you play without turning off your device, the other applications memory should not have been released and the data processing could be long.

Q.s the only way to transfer data by using Wi-Fi?
The transfer function on Rectools02 only concerns the Wi-Fi.The data transfer using USB is not available on iPhone. When an update version of the iPhone will be available, we will then adapt the application.
Q.The tracks save data are not displayed on the screen.Even if I close the application and restart it, I am not able to load them. And even if tracks are loaded, the sound won’t be played. What should I do?
